Location is perfect. It is close to stops of airport shuttle. It is close to main attraction by walk. But if you want to use ferry there is close the 1st stop and you can take a seat while they are crowed on the other stopr altready. The room with private bathroom is ok, value for its cost. You only need to take smth from moscitous.
